Review: Best purchase I ever made for my car !!! - The usb outlet in my car was painfully slow. I got this to put in my cigarette lighter socket (12V outlet). This thing is insane. I have a 17 Pro Max, so that allows for 45W charging. If paired with a proper cable, this thing is insane. My charging experience. Has completely changed. My drive to work is about 30 minutes. When I leave in the morning with a dead phone, I’m getting to work with like 80 percent consistently now. The charging speed is lightyears ahead of whatever I had before, and my car isn’t even old (2021Camry)!! It feels durable, definitely sturdy and well built. Given the two usb-c slots and one usb-a slot, it’s compatible with pretty much any charger. 167.5W combined output is also insane, you can charge a MacBook, an iPhone 17 Pro Max at 45W and still have plenty leftover. It’s a powerhouse. In the 4 months of ownership I haven’t had any problems with heat or over-heating. It’s been good in terms of stability and reliability. The provided cord is cool. It’s the perfect length, of 3 ft. However I did choose to use my own preferred cable.
